  1. Account Information: To create an AMCHAT account, you must provide your mobile phone number, first name, last name, and email address. Additional information, such as a profile picture or public profile details, may be added voluntarily.

  2. Wallet Information: To comply with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, we may request your Bank Verification Number (BVN), legal name, address, and identification documents when using the wallet functionality.

  3. Order Information: When placing an order on the Business page, we collect your delivery address and contact details.

  4. Device Information: We collect data from your device to enhance your user experience (optional).

  5. Messages: We use end-to-end encryption to securely route your messages. Messages are not stored on our servers unless required for operational purposes.

  6. Location (GPS): Location data helps us provide targeted and relevant information.

  7. Phonebook (Contacts): Access to your contacts simplifies communication within the app.

  8. Transactions and Payments: Payment account details, transaction information, and shipping details are processed for financial transactions.

  9. Analytics: We use tools like Google Analytics to improve app performance and user experience.

  10. Camera and Photo Gallery: Permissions for camera and photo gallery access allow you to upload images directly. You may deny these permissions at any time.
